Overview
Hancock Health in Greenfield, Indiana, is looking for additional Hospitalist coverage. Open to availability. Very established team in place!
- Shift commitment of 10 shifts every 4 weeks
- Average daily census is 45 with average night shift admits of 4 to 5
- Census is generally lower than most nocturnist jobs in the area
- Open ICU
- Three full-time day Hospitalists on staff plus a Nocturnist for nights
- Proficiency in procedures is preferred (intubation, central lines, art lines, etc.)
- There is full time tele-ICU coverage
- Immediate start date
- Established EMR system in place
- Excellent sub-specialty support
- Supportive culture with collegial working environment
Hospitalist Incentive Program in place to earn additional income up to $60k per year.
A comprehensive benefit package which includes health, dental, vision, health savings account, 401K and Roth IRA with generous employer matching contributions, capital accumulation plan, employer paid life insurance, employer paid disability (short & long term), paid malpractice, paid CME.
Student loan assistance, residency completion stipend, sign on bonus, productivity incentives, and relocation services will be considered.
