- Time split between clinic and OR
- 2-2.5 days OR, 2- 3 days clinic
- Call is 1:5 – Approximately 7 days/month and 1 weekend/month
- Alternating Holiday call

- 550 case annually per provider
- 3000 clinic visits annually per provider
