Bianca McKinney, CPRP – Senior Provider Recruiter

Bianca McKinney

As Provider Recruitment Coordinator, Bianca connects with physicians and advanced practice providers to get a better understanding of their needs and wants, to fit them with the right community and staff across our network of hospitals. Bianca is an active member of the Indiana Society of Physician Recruiters (INSPR), and currently serves as the Chair of the Marketing Committee.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating candidate flow and sourcing efforts
  • Building connections and relationships with interested candidates
  • Recruiting candidates through a variety of resources
  • Managing relationships with residency/fellowship programs
  • Developing online and print advertisement
  • Maintaining social media outreach and other marketing content
  • Representing Suburban Health Organization at industry events

Charles Johnson – Sourcing Specialist

Charles Johnson

In his role as Sourcing Specialist, Charles is responsible for the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies tailored to recruit physicians, advanced practice providers, and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs). His key responsibilities include:

  • Managing job postings to keep them fresh and visible
  • Conducting email campaigns and phone outreach to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Performing initial candidate screenings and phone interviews
  • Collaborating with the Senior Provider Recruiter to refine sourcing strategies
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment databases
  • Staying updated on industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies

Maria Castro – Provider Recruitment Coordinator

Maria Castro

In her role as Provider Recruitment Coordinator, Maria is responsible for the sourcing activity for our SHO members. Her key responsibilities include: 

  • Responding to daily sourcing email leads 
  • Assisting with residency program outreach 
  • Creating and assisting with distribution of marketing materials 
  • Creating recruitment e-newsletters 
  • Developing marketing strategies for new specialties and sourcing opportunities 
  • Facilitating Advanced Practice Provider phone screens
