Overview
Major Health Partners located in Shelbyville, Indiana is looking for a Family Practice Sports Medicine fellowship trained physician to join our current Sports Medicine fellowship trained physician. We are a hospital-based practice located in our Renovo Orthopaedic Center. We are looking for someone to work in our clinic 4 days per week and cover weekly injury checks and football games at our county schools. Orthopaedic ED call is required 1 day per week and every 5th weekend to assist our 2 general orthopedic surgeons. We have a foot and ankle surgeon and hand surgeon that also assist with call along with 1 other non-op sports medicine trained physician. We have an athletic training outreach program with a trainer in all 5 county schools that we work closely with to help direct referrals.

- Average 2o patients per day
- We have 2 ultrasounds in the sports medicine clinic
