Exciting opportunity for a highly qualified BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join Marion Health, a not-for-profit health care system deeply rooted in the Marion-Grant County community. Our flagship hospital, located at Marion Health MGH Campus, is a 99-bed acute care facility serving as the sole community hospital in the region. Our new Marion Health East is located just off I-69 and SR 22.

Referral Network: With a strong team of dedicated providers spanning Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, and Family Medicine Residents, we’ve built a robust referral base to support our cardiology specialists and ensure strong patient volume.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: 3- or 5-year agreement with competitive salary and quarterly work RVU incentive
- Signing Bonus and Annual Commitment Payment starting year two
- Paid On-Call Duties: 10 days or less per month

I. CARDIOVASCULAR-IR (INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY) LABS
Interventional Cardiology, Radiology & Electrophysiology
Two fully equipped, state-of the art Philips interventional suites designed to support:
- Diagnostic left and right heart catheterizations
- Cardiovascular intervention (balloon angioplasty, atherectomy, and stent placement) with iFR and IVUS capability
- Device implantation (pacemakers, defibrillators, heart failure devices, loop recorders)
- Peripheral vascular and renal diagnostic/interventional procedures
- Cardioversions, tilt tables, 3D trans-esophageal echocardiography
Integrated CV Admission & Recovery Unit
An 8-Bed CV Admission/Recovery Unit is directly adjacent to the Cath Labs, ensuring seamless patient flow and optimal outcomes.
- True “one-stop” model: registration, pre-procedure labs, and recovery are completed in the patient’s private room
- Each room is equipped to critical care standards
- More than 85% of procedures are same-day discharge
II. NON-INVASIVE CARDIOVASCULAR LAB
Comprehensive diagnostic services including:
- EKGs
- Echocardiography
- Vascular studies
- Stress testing and nuclear imaging
- Ambulatory cardiac monitoring
III. SPECIALTY CLINICS & PREVENTIVE CARE
- NP-led Chronic Care Clinic (HF, COPD)
- Remote Patient Monitoring Program
- Anti-coagulation Clinic
- Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program (Cardiac, Pulmonary, PAD)
IV. DEDICATED CV-IR SERVICE LINE TEAM
- Experienced, tenured RNs and RTs cross-trained in labs and recovery
- Registered vascular and echo sonographers
- Exercise physiologists, RNs, and respiratory therapists in rehab and clinics
- No locum or travel staff within the service line
V. TECHONOLOGY & INFRASTRUCTURE
- Web-based PACS system accessible through Hill-Rom/Baxter Cardio Server or Philips ISCV
