Compensation & Benefits

  •  Competitive Salary: 3- or 5-year agreement with competitive salary and quarterly work RVU incentive
  • Signing Bonus and Annual Commitment Payment starting year two
  • Paid On-Call Duties: Less than 10 days or less per month
  • Flexible Paid Vacation
  • Moving Allowance: Up to $15,000
  • CME Stipend: $10,000 plus 5 paid days
